LOCATION AMAZING! Staff were great. When arrived later than expected we asked the front desk pups don take the bags to our room as we wanted to get valuable time in the city. When we arrived in the room later that evening, we discovered a number of issues. It was late so the only thing the night staff could do was move us to a temporary room for the evening. Te guest relations manager arranged a lovely suite the next morning for the remainder of our stay.

We had always wanted to stay at the Hassler, one of the oldest and most prestigious hotels in Rome - and it definitely lived up to its reputation. Probably the best there is in this category of hotel in Rome - unbeatable location with breathtaking views of the entire city, moments away from the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese, with professional, friendly and helpful staff, and an impressive event for Christmas Eve. Also refreshing to know it is still family owned and run.

The hotel certainly has the best service in Rome. Everything works out and the resident feels special from the reception desk to the room.

The grandeur of the old hotel, exceptional service from doormen to cleaners and concierge, the best location in Rome. Beds were so comfortable it was difficult to get out in the morning. Turndown service was efficient and pleasant. Cheese selection at the breakfast was great. View from the terrace on Level 7 is out of this world (but the area is very small and crowded on most evenings).
